Accessible Tools

Exploiting the full potential of technology to transform it into an accessible tool to promote diversity, to drive active participation in society and to help young men and women acquire the fundamental competences that are necessary to develop their talent on the job market. This is the challenge launched by Eskills4Change, the project by Microsoft and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, funded as part of the global YouthSpark Programme, which is dedicated to 10.000 young Italian men and women aged 15-24.

The project will organise original events, both inside and outside of schools, to help young men and women experientially acquire and test a mental attitude towards change and the fundamental competences that are necessary to resolve problems in a creative and innovative manner.

Sergede, Gabriela, Cristiano, Andrea, Alessandro, Fiamma, Cristian, Sara, Federica, Sara, Paolo, Mattias … Here is a playlist of some of the young men and women who participated in the training sessions held at the Rome Phyrtual Innovation Gym.
